The purchase must be done through the referring realtor. The property can not be listed through a discount realty firm or properties listed for sale by owner. This promotion is not meant to attract clients away from realtors they are currently working with; it is intended for clients who do not have a realtor at this time. We are not able to offer this promotion to clients who currently have their own realtor or to clients who will not be using this referral service.
